Your Complete User Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the we888 platform — including the website at we888.cam, any mobile browser interface, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the we888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Use of the we888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which you hold and use a we888 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. we888 strictly prohibits access by minors and will immediately close any account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing we888 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a we888 employee or contractor involved in the operation, development, or management of the we888 platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary or imposed, that covers we888 or any related gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

To access real-money services on we888, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your we888 account:

• You may hold only one (1) we888 account per person. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or a false identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• All information provided during we888 registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification messages. This number will be used for account security, including two-factor authentication and password reset.

• Accepted KYC documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification acceptable to we888.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your we888 login credentials. we888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

• You must not share your we888 username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify we888 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• we888 will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from we888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.
• we888 strongly recommends that all users activate two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. This feature is available at no cost from your we888 account security settings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all associated winnings, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one we888 account, whether under a real or fictitious identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the we888 platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the we888 platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity designed to circumvent fair play standards.
• Using the we888 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Charging back any deposit transaction processed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other payment method after the funds have been credited and used for wagering.
• Attempting to access the we888 platform using a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account security measures.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening we888 employees or other users through any communication channel.

All financial transactions on the we888 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). we888 does not charge users any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited to your we888 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposit processing times may vary depending on your selected payment method and the operating hours of your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the we888 payments team within an average of two to four hours during standard operating periods. we888 reserves the right to process verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the we888 account dashboard and are subject to change with notice.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same we888 account, unless we888 support explicitly authorises an alternative method following identity verification.
• we888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC documentation.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered may be subject to a review period before withdrawal approval, at we888's sole discretion.

we888 offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonus offers and promotional credits are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will be treated as a breach of Terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total betting turnover required before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the specific promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated promotional period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.
• we888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Ongoing wagering requirements associated with claimed bonuses will be honoured where practically possible.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified on the we888 promotions page.

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on the we888 platform are governed by the specific rules published within those products, in addition to these general Terms. In any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to that specific product only.

• All bets placed on we888 are final once confirmed. we888 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly covered by the applicable product rules (e.g., event postponement or abandonment).
• we888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price — including odds or payouts resulting from a technical error or human error in the compilation of a market.
• In-play betting markets offered through we888 on PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports are subject to specific in-play rules. Settlement of in-play bets is governed by the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.
• Casino games offered through we888 use certified random number generators from licensed third-party providers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino tables on we888. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface prior to stake confirmation.

All content, design elements, graphics, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the we888 platform are owned by or licensed to we888 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the we888 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude we888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

we888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Pakistani users. A comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools is available to every registered we888 account holder at no cost from the account settings panel.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total PKR that can be deposited into your we888 account. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose across betting and casino activity over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your we888 account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your we888 account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all we888 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to comply with a request for identity verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by we888.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider in connection with any we888 deposit transaction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any applicable deductions for outstanding wagering requirements, fraudulent activity, or unpaid obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination regardless of the reason.

we888 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the we888 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the we888 platform immediately and may request account closure via the support team.
